Amidon Associates in California are the main source of iron powder toroids for hams (who mostly buy small quantities):

minimum order $30, plus shipping of course.

probably coming from the far east - you never really know what you're getting

I have a couple of T200-2s that I bought from Amidon a few years ago.  I'll sell you one for $10.
