Perhaps, but I am not interested in sunrise at 9am in the winter months. People just like to complain. It has been this way for good reason ever since I can remember and I have gotten by just fine. I am not sure why others have such difficulty with it. They talk about it for 3 weeks leading up to the change, then complain about it the day of, and then for about another week after the time change. They just like to complain.
