"Making the tech talk a part of every club meeting agenda" requires people to volunteer to give the talks. We tried this but not enough people came forward, so scratch this idea. TechTalks will continue, but only when we have presenters available.

I guess the same comment applies to all these ideas. "Volunteers please". It is easy to have good ideas for other people to do; why not follow through on your ideas yourself and - as the Nike slogan says - "Just Do It!"
